I had such a great time photographing this beautiful Indian wedding in Overland Park, KS! I photographed a long side Mariam Saifan Photography at the Marriott in Overland Park. This wedding was a photographer’s dream with all of the beautiful purple and pink details! Tall rectangular programs and ornate cake stands.
Candy favors for the guests! Happily Ever After in gold lettering on the favors. Tall gold programs, purple rose napkins, tall gold vases for the white and purple roses, pink lilies and green silver dollar eucalyptus fill leaves.
Gold and white furniture on the stage for the ceremony with super tall floral arrangements. I love the half opened lily in the centerpiece below. Even the chair ribbons were purple!

The Ruksmati, is a tradition when you exchange garlands, sweet drinks and first look in the mirror as a married couple. They were asked to tell everyone what they see in the mirror.
