Amy and Mike had a beautiful vintage wedding in St. Louis, MO. We started out the day at Hotel Ignacio in Midtown, which is a boutique hotel and according to their website is dog friendly! (I wonder if my Rottweiler would be allowed!?) It was such a cute hotel and the staff was super accommodating! It’s always so fun to open the dress bag on a wedding day and start playing with the details! Amy had lots of details! Her Casablanca wedding gown had a princess sweetheart neckline and loads of tulle and beading! I just love it, as you will see by how many photos I took of it! We used her vintage 1930’s wooden hanger to display the dress on. Her bridesmaids had their own custom hangers with their names on them! Her wedding invitations were custom hand drawn and also in a vintage style. They were a work of art! She wore black vintage Ferragamo shoes and a vintage garter with a tiny blue bow. All of the girls had floral robes to wear while getting ready, they were a mix and match style. Then came time for to me to head to the church, to catch some details of the church and the guys getting ready. The guys were cutting it close on time. They have it so easy, throw on your suit and walk down the aisle! The wedding was at St Cecilia Church, which was built in 1907. After the wedding we headed to Lafayette Square Park. I love all of the wrought iron fences and gates there! I had a great time second shooting for Cryrolfe Photography. I have so many photos I want to share so, I am going to break up their wedding into two blog posts. I need to do the reception justice, so it will be covered in part two! Their reception was at the Moto Museum which is attached to Hotel Ignacio.
